Funtions: |
While input voltage exceed voltage limit, AVR will cut off the output to avoid non-normal voltage go into Machine to occur any damage.
- Too low voltage protecting fuctions:If input voltage is too low to cause malfuctions of automatic operation and increase numbers of bad processing products.
- R.S.T non-phase protection: when machine is in motion, if one of the electric cords are disconnected suddenly, THE AVR will immediately stop electricity supply and flush the RED light. To make sure MACHINE in safety condition and to avoild serious damage.
- Sudden Electricity-Breaking Prolonging Protectuon: When electricity is outage for a very short time, It is the easiest to cause to serious magage to machines and equipments. This function can prevent this sutuation happen.
- Overload protecting function: When machine eletrcicity usage is over AVR normal voltage, The AVR will turn off the power to protect machine.
- Short circuit protecting function: When AVR outpit has a short circuit, the AVR will automatucally switch off power to protect machine.
- Second switch fuction: The switch is for maintainance issue only. Not affect to machine operation.
- Adjustable output voltage function: AVR output voltage can be adjusted ± 10% of input voltage according user requirement. So it can be used for various machines.
- Switching on AVR self-detecting fuction: To keep outupt voltage correct, this fuction will avoild any output immediately while the AVR just swith on.
- AVR designed to constant voltage individually: Automatic machine is easy to ahve abnormal operantion while input is three-phase with unbalance. But after our AVR, the output will be balance.
- Power source abnormal indicator: The AVR will indicate abnormal condtion and reasons through abnormal indicators.
