Application: |
- For Winding:
A. Fabric, bands made of plastic, rubber, fabric or paper.
B. Thread and wire: copper, iron and aluminum wire, insulating electric wire and plastic string.
C. Liquid material and mixer.
- For dying and printing fabircs.
- For starting the master motor.
- Used in braking, and feeding devices and with cloth inspecting machines and lifters.

Data Required in Selecting Torque Motors: |
For general use or for drawing copper wire (different controllers are adopted).
- The required highest speed.
- The min. winding up diameter and the max. dia. Of a complete wound roll.
- The max. winding tension.
- The models of retarding motors and the efficiency and the ratio of retarding.

In principle, 4-p motors are most economical; a large-size motor should have its capacity decreased when being
operated at lower speed for long period. |
| B. |
1 kg-m=100kg-cm; 0.1kg-m=10kg-cm; an ordinary 1 HP 4P motor ensures 1700 rpm and 0.427 kg-m torque. |
| C. |
The output range is 0.01 to 5.0 kg-m, which is available in different models, including 2P, 6P, 8P, 12P, 4/8P 4/6P and
6/12P or different speeds. |
